Tartlet

Ingredients
- 120 g biscuits
- 60 g melted butter
- 300 g plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey or 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- Del Monteยฎ Fruit Stories Mango/Passion
INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1:
For the base, crush the biscuits into fine crumbs. Mix with the melted butter until you obtain a sandy texture.
Divide the mixture into tartlet moulds and press it down firmly with the back of a spoon. Place in the fridge for at least 20โ30 minutes to set.
STEP 2:
Prepare the yogurt cream: in a bowl, mix the yogurt with honey/sugar and vanilla. Stir until smooth and creamy. Pour the mixture over the chilled bases and level the surface with a spatula.
STEP 3:
Add Del Monteยฎ mango and passion Fruit Stories and enjoy your tartlets!
