Cheescake

Ingredients
- 200 g biscuits
- 90 g melted butter
- 300 g cream cheese
- 250 g plain Greek yogurt
- 80 g icing sugar
- 8 g gelatin sheets (or 1 packet powdered gelatin)
- 3 tablespoons warm milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- Del Monteยฎ Fruit Stories Pineapple
- Mint leaves for decoration (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1:
Finely crush the biscuits. Mix them with the melted butter until you obtain a sandy texture.
Pour the mixture into a 20 cm springform pan and press it down firmly to create the base.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes until set.
STEP 2:
Prepare the cream. Soak the gelatin in cold water for 10 minutes. Heat the milk and dissolve the squeezed gelatin in it.
In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, Greek yogurt and icing sugar until smooth. Add the melted gelatin and mix well.
STEP 3:
Pour the cream over the biscuit base and smooth the surface with a spatula.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (preferably overnight).
Before serving, spread a layer of Del Monteยฎ Fruit Stories Pineapple on top of the cheesecake. Decorate with a mint leaf and enjoy!
