We are looking for an HR Supervisor who is comfortable working with numbers, for a permanent position based in Monaco.

Reporting to the Senior Director Human Resources Europe & Africa, the successful candidate will have to:

  • Lead the full recruitment cycle: from internal budget validation to sourcing, selection, and onboarding of top talent.
  • Manage individual contracts and amendments, ensure our internal documentation is up-to-date, and tailor working conditions (remote work, flexible schedules, etc.) to individual needs.
  • Coordinate with payroll consultants to oversee the payroll cycle across multiple countries in the European region, including the submission of payroll variables and the review of payslip calculations.
  • Identify skills needs, organize targeted training initiatives, and collaborate closely with stakeholders-trainees, managers, and external partners.
  • Oversee health insurance and accident management (investigations, declarations), and ensure smooth coordination of medical checkups.
  • Handle departures, including the legal framework for mutual agreements, with empathy and compliance.
  • Contribute to budget planning, monthly and quarterly reporting, and payroll-related analysis to support our financial and HR goals.
  • Actively support the HR team in day-to-day activities and help drive key strategic and operational projects.
  • Bring your ideas and adaptability to various transversal initiatives across the company.

Skills:

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent,

  • 3+ years of experience leading Human Resources function, ideally from a multinational company in manufacturing or consumer goods industry.
  • 5+ total years of working experience in multinational, professional organizations, ideally from human resources department.
  • An experience as payroll specialist is required
  • An experience in Monaco would be a plus
  • A good head for numbers
  • Knowledge of European Law
  • English & French Fluent
  • Excel proficiency
  • Ability to work remotely for another entity, promoting human exchanges and the application of HR strategy
  • Notions on company management to link HR topics with Business needs
  • Organizational skills that reflect ability to work independently, and efficiently perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience working in international, multicultural environments with required cultural awareness.
  • Excellent management, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding communication and presentational skills
